    I had never tried a Battenberg cake before in my life since moving to the United Kingdom until
    I found this ! Let me tell you it does not disappoint, I bought two off the bat and after I sliced myself two pieces I knew it needed to go into the freezer as I had no self control lol. It thaws great as well! It’s super flavourful and moist . Even after frozen! Thank you for bringing this cake out to the gluten free world!
