• 170g of Lovemore Free From O’Chocos
  • 2tsp of vanilla extract
  • 500ml double cream
  • 70g caster sugar
  • 3 egg yolks


Add the vanilla extract to the cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

Whisk the egg yolks then add to the pan and remove from heat.

Crush your Lovemore Free From O’Chocos and combine into the mixture.

Place in an icecream tub and freeze until set.
