  • 142ml double cream
  • 150ml milk

Following a free from diet can be stressful, so with the most romantic day of the year approaching we decided to come up with a super stress-free pudding for two that is sure to help you and your partner unwind. Get ready for a cosy night in with the Lovemore gluten free Valentine’s Fondue!

First things first, you’ll need to prepare all the yummy ingredients you’re going to dip! Almost anything goes, but we’ve chosen our scrumptious stem ginger fruit cake, our intense o’chocos and our melt in the mouth brownies! Also yummy to dip are strawberries, sliced banana, and of course we can’t forget the classic marshmallows.

Then it’s time for the main event! To make the fondue place the chocolate, butter, cream and milk into a saucepan and then heat gently, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is nice and smooth. Then pour this delicious mixture into a nice serving pot and place all your ingredients onto a tray so they’re easily accessible.

Use long cocktail sticks to pick up the different ingredients and then it’s time to start dipping! With all this yummy chocolately goodness, your Valentine’s date is sure to go smoothly.
