• 400g Lovemore Custard Creams
  • 50g butter
  • 400g marshmallows
  • 50g glacé cherries
  • 30g white chocolate


Place the Lovemore Custard Creams in a bag and smash with a rolling pin.

Combine the marshmallows and butter and microwave on high for 1 minute.

Mix the Lovemore Custard Cream crumbs into the melted marshmallow mixture.

Chop the glacé cherries. Add into the mixture and stir well.

Scoop the mixture into an 8” x 8” square cake tin lined with cling film and leave to set.

Melt the chocolate and pour over the top.

Chop into bitesize chunks and enjoy.
